Keeping good health
MSNBC has an article on how to prevent headaches from happening. Mostly common sense stuff. Rest, eat, and exercise well.
Online collaborative editing
A great way of making your files accessible from any computer with internet access is keeping the files on Google Docs and/or Zoho.
Here’s a nice gDocs introduction video.
I’m using both gDocs and Zoho. I think Google has too small file size limits. It will probably change in the future.
Learn new languages at Mango
Looks like a pretty fun way to learn new languages:
They use slides (Flash 9) with audio embedded. There are currently about 11 languages available.
Firefox add-ons
At home I always use Safari and Camino combo. They are fast and relatively lean. At work I have to use Windows/Linux. So I opt for Firefox. These are my three favorite extensions (add-ons).

Tennis @ SAT
Played tennis for the first time in a long time at SAT (Sports Authority of Thailand) court. It was fun. We played from 7pm-8pm so the weather was all right. Lucky it didn’t rain.
Playing sports in Bangkok is not always easy. You have to deal with the hot weather and frequent rain. Also the traffic jam often discourages me from going anywhere.
US Open: Federer vs Lopez
Federer got into the QF of the US Open by defeating Feliciano Lopez 3-1 sets. Impressive fact: He won 35 straight points on serve to close out the match. I missed the match because of I had to be at work.
Next up: Andy Roddick.
