Paula Radcliffe (NYC half marathon), Usain Bolt (Worlds 100m), Tadese Tola (NYC half marathon), and Kenenisa Bekele (Worlds 10k) put up awesome performances in the past couple days.
Bekele won his 4th straight Worlds title with a signature devastating kick in the final lap.
For me, I got back to my regular training today. It was an evening run in humid, post-rain weather. Good to be out there, and great to be healthy again.
