Absolutely humid day. The forecast said the thunderstorm would be here. The rain never came. Not yet anyway.

So it was a stuffy, sweaty run. Could manage just over half of my initial goal. It was just hard to breathe out there. GPS didn’t work again, maybe because of the cloudy sky. So I ran around the 400m track for a set distance and used a stopwatch to estimate the pace.

Just another day of endurance run, in a difficult weather. Not everyday can be a strong, breezy run. The important thing is to keep at it and persevere through pain, tiredness, and discomfort.

Going to bed early tonight to wake up and catch Champions League action. Go Barcelona!
