Recovery

Spent most of yesterday in bed, resting. The red spots are pretty much gone. Went out this evening for a recovery run. Went out for just a short time before the rain came. So I stopped and waited. When the rain stopped about 10 minutes later, I went out and ran on the wet track.

Didn’t want to push too hard because the mild fever seemed to still be there. I just wanted to test my body if it is all right for a workout. It’s another one of those ‘listen to my body’ days.

Sweated a lot and happy to find that the sickness yesterday didn’t come back. I guess the seafood Sunday night had something to do with it.
