That’s the time remaining till the race. Exciting!

Trying to eat well these days. Had good lunch. The food shop knew my favorite dish now (beef basil over rice), so it was nice. Also had yoghurt and sweet potatoes.

Took the morning off because of fatigue. The evening session went well enough. It was short of my goal but it was close enough. The route got too dark for my liking and also I got hungry. I should prepare something to eat during long runs.

Had a good day today. Good lunch (beef basil with fried egg, danon activia yoghurt, sweet potatoes).

Another hard day in the book. Time for a good rest.
