Quick update. I ran this last week as I ran the week before. Consistent mileage, with one really easy day per week. The weekly mileage is about the same the past three weeks. The stomach ache last about 5 days. Really glad it’s gone. Energy is back.

Not loving the weather though. It’s getting hotter and hotter. Temperature reaching 30C by 8am is just cruel. I really struggled this morning, as I have the past several days. Have to be conservative and hydrate well.
