March mileage is 183. That’s about 6 miles per day. Longest run was 7.35 miles. That’s it. I took one day off. Was sick for about 5 days with stomach trouble. All in all, a pretty good month full of tough, sweaty runs under the sun.

I started April the same way I ended March. A morning run of about an hour and change. Run these days are gut-it-out runs. They are hot. Benefits of running such as clarity and peace of mind are often forgotten when you are fighting the heat.

One more thing. I’m having a stiff neck pain. Maybe a massage would help.
