My running routine has changed. Instead of doing a one-hour run each day, now i’m doing two 30-min runs, one before breakfast and one before dinner. Don’t know which routine is better. But this is what works for me now.

Mileage is consistent. Logged over 320 km both in April and May, which were two hottest months in Bangkok. The right achilles got hurt at the beginning of a morning run the other day. Probably that was due to starting out too fast with a drowsy body. Other than that, feeling good health-wise. The last time I got sick was back in January.

For my next race, I’m targeting a half marathon in late June.
