Park run

leave a comment »

After a big meal last Saturday, we went out on Sunday and ran in a park (Nawaminpirom). It was sunny and hot, as usual. Started easy, kept steady pace, and pushed hard the last km. My fastest run in last six weeks. Good work to get my fitness up, but at the same time it was short enough to be fun. After the run we walked around the morning market and ate refreshing coconut and spicy Thai sausage (sai aua).

The Olympics begin tomorrow. Excited. I am interested in almost all the sports (not equestrian and synchronised swimming). Probably will be giving up a lot of sleep over the next two weeks.
