Nan took me to a nice and affordable seafood restaurant near Rot Fai Park. Not to far a drive from my office.

1 mile easy jog in KU

1 mile easy jog in KU. still some pain.

Bought beef at KU Beef yesterday. Nan made a stew. It’s a simple recipe but take a long time to cook. Nice and hearty. Should last us a few days.

Still have free time due to lack of running. My current hobbies are learning a new language online, browsing for nice places to eat, and watching documentaries. Also still doing daily pushups.

Summertime. Still very hot in the city. If air conditioners hadn’t been invented, I am not sure anyone could get any work done in Bangkok.

I like cold roasted coconuts in this type of weather. They are hard to find these days though. Not sure why. Been eating a lot of other fruits, most of which I find too sweet.

Today is a compensatory holiday. Officially it’s Chakri Day but I like to recognize it as Taksin Day. We stay home. There is a problem at the house relating to a water pump. Hoping to get it fixed tonight.
