New focus

from keeping slim, to bulking up

Since the hospital stay in Aug 2012, I’d been having trouble with joints when running. So I decided to try something else. Found lifting weight to be easier and suit my schedule better for now. It makes me feel stronger too. Still walking everyday for cardio. But no long run for now. May do another race and try to better the PR’s in the future. But for now, I’m going for a new goal. New diet, new workout, new focus. Life is just about trying out different things.
