Eat to grow

Lifting heavy isn’t an easy thing. However, another factor in building a strong body can be more difficult: eating. Without food where will your body find building blocks fit New muscles? Eating just like a normal person will just sustain your current physique. To grow bigger and stronger you need to eat big.

It’s not just about downing as many calories as possible. Otherwise you can just eat sugary snacks and drinks all day. Eating like that will just make you fat and weak. You need to eat nutrient dense food to help your body build muscles.
