Sometimes it’s better to keep it simple and not overanalyze things. Like a training routine. Use one that works for you. Simplicity allows habitual repetition. When life gets busy, complicated things get ignored and forgotten. Simple routines take little time and can be done consistently.
Evening workout wouldn’t work if your program is long. When you work late, you would just say, forget it, I don’t have time to train. But if you have a simple program, you would still go to train anyway because it will be done in no time.
