Simple plan is best plan

The simplest way to get strong is to keep it simple.

Find a simple routine that works for you. Something you can do almost everyday. Use compound movements that allows progression. Squat, bench press, deadlift, pull up, barbell row, etc.

Don’t forget to eat big and sleep well.

Then keep doing it for a long time. Be smart, and avoid injuries. Stay motivated.
