Front squat problem
Front squat is a lift that I have not yet felt comfortable with. My wrists are stiff so they hurt when I hold the bar with a clean grip. So cross arm stance works better for me. This form has its own disadvantage though, as it’s difficult to keep the bar in place. The uneven height on the left and right contributes to that. When the bar slips forward or backward, it hurts either my arm or shoulder. So the progress has been slow.
Anyway, I just got a new PB. Need to keep improving.
