It’s nice to be home. A pretty hot day today.

** Romanian Deadlift **
– 80.0 kgs x 9 reps
– 80.0 kgs x 9 reps

** Flat Barbell Bench Press **
– 40.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 50.0 kgs x 10 reps
– 60.0 kgs x 8 reps
– 65.0 kgs x 6 reps
– 70.0 kgs x 6 reps
– 75.0 kgs x 10 reps [PR]
– 82.5 kgs x 7 reps [PR]
– 82.5 kgs x 7 reps
– 60.0 kgs x 13 reps

** Close Grip Barbell Bench Press **
– 40.0 kgs x 13 reps
– 50.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 50.0 kgs x 12 reps

My right knee is having some discomfort when squatting so I’m refraining from heavy squat. When hurt, focus on the body parts that don’t hurt. High-rep sets are kinder to your body. Focus on the perfect form. Don’t go heavy all the time.
