Not feeling too good today. Mild fever and headache. Still able to train a bit. Very brief session.

Workout – 24th February 2016

** Overhead Press **
– 25.0 kgs x 10 reps
– 35.0 kgs x 10 reps
– 40.0 kgs x 11 reps
– 40.0 kgs x 12 reps [PR]
– 40.0 kgs x 6 reps

** Barbell Front Squat **
– 40.0 kgs x 5 reps

** Reverse Grip Bench Press **
– 40.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 40.0 kgs x 12 reps

Happy about grinding out that 12-rep PB. I’d been stuck for almost a year at 37.5 kg.

Don’t take your health for granted. Being well is a great thing. Unfortunately you usually don’t feel grateful about being healthy until you get sick.
