Sunday rest

Still not feeling well. A mild fever is sapping my energy. Taking it easy today to rest the aching body. Lifting weight is a catabolic activity (breaking down muscles), which probably not a good thing to do when the body is trying to recover. Taking multivitamin and napping to get ready for the upcoming work week. This week is going to be another busy one. Will take care it one day at a time. Hope I can feel well enough to be lifting soon.

When you are sick you can’t do much. Don’t feel defeated. Everyday is not going to be awesome. Progress is gradual. Persevere.
