When in doubt, keep calm, put weight on the bar, and lift it. Days always end well with a workout.
Today I feel pretty blah though. Woke up with tight left Achilles again. Also a bit of a headache on the first day back at work. Warm weather perhaps caused the headache. Did some light workout before dinner anyway. Barbell glute bridge and pull ups. Still pretty sore. Yesterday was a bit much perhaps.
Not every workout is going to be awesome. Some days are just blah. It was nice to go to the gym and do a little bit of something though. I guess gym has become my panacea.
