An evening in the gym after work. Nothing spectacular. Just an average training session of barbell row, overhead press, and chin up. 8-10 reps per set. Legs are still sore from the squat two days ago. Nothing heavy today. Light weight may sound easy. It’s not. High reps increase lactic acid in the muscles and high-rep training is painful in its own way. Still it’s easier for the joints and tendons than heavy days.
Good simple dinner of rice, chicken breast, and egg. Protein shake before bed.
Weekend is coming up. Train, eat, progress.
