Legs and back

It’s weekend. Time to train. Four sets of squat and two of deadlift. Short, but today is definitely not an easy day. 70-75% of maxes for 8-9 reps. Legs and back are sore in a good way.

Postworkout meals are pretty great. I like to treat myself once in a while. Today it’s smoked wild sockeye salmon. Ate it with eggs and cheese.
