Reflections on the Grind

thoughts on training and life of an introvert

These days we often want things quickly with little effort. Instant gratification is desired and sought after. We get upset when we fail to see daily improvement.

You need to keep on going. After a while, those small improvements add up. You need to be patient.

Life is about a series of small improvements. Getting older is about getting wiser. The process is more important than the outcome.

End results aren’t important. When you die, everything ceases to matter. Everyone you know will die. One day there will be nobody in the world that knows anything about you. It’s the journey right now that holds the meaning. It’s your pursuit of your goal. Enjoy the process and keep making small progress. Have fun.
