Sweat session Saturday. Note that’s it’s April, it’s officially in the hottest stretch of the year. It’s almost like lifting in a sauna these days. It’s alright though. The fans help make it bearable.

I have found the use of the broken iPad: watching YouTube during sets.

A significant PR today on the bench. The last rep was hard. That’s the way it is. Nothing is going to be easy from now on. That’s how to get better. Grinding forward toward my goal.
