Squat Sunday

Weekend is the time for heavy lifts. Lots of heavy squat today. Worn out. PRs here and there. I think my strength is slowly increasing, so is my waistline.

Lot of traveling is coming up in the next few months. Training will be interrupted. There are bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, air squats, and lunges that can be done in a hotel room. If I could find places to do pull-ups that would be great.
