The temperature hits 40 degree today. The metal barbell in the gym is hot. Everything is hot. In this weather, it’s hard to feel motivated to do anything but lying in an air-conditioned room or taking a shower. It’s hard to even move around. Sweated profusely before even entering the gym.

Short workout tonight. A rep PB on barbell row. The form wasn’t strict though, still using momentum. Not strong enough to row 80 kg with strict form.
