Hospital visit

Nan had a stomach ache and fever so we went to the hospital around noon. Haven’t been here in a while. It’s never fun coming to the hospital. Medicines and treatments are expensive. It’s the money you are forced to spend. Sickness is part of life. You never know when you are gonna get sick.

In the morning I trained before it got too hot. Got a couple PBs on squat and sumo dead. My sumo used to be much worse than conventional, but I have improved on the sumo. It’s good to train both.

In the afternoon we just rested and relaxed in an air conditioned room as the house was steaming hot like a sauna.

** Sumo Deadlift **
– 60.0 kgs x 6 reps
– 80.0 kgs x 6 reps
– 90.0 kgs x 5 reps
– 100.0 kgs x 1 rep
– 107.5 kgs x 8 reps [PR]

** Deadlift **
– 107.5 kgs x 1 rep

** Barbell Row **
– 60.0 kgs x 10 reps
– 60.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 60.0 kgs x 12 reps
