No more pizza for a while

Another short training day on a hot day.

Haven’t progressed much on the overhead press in almost a year. Five rep max sits at 50 kg. Other lifts slowly move up but not the OHP.

We went out at noon to a mall. Even during the long holiday, there are still a whole lot of people staying in the city. The parking lot was packed with cars. The heat is unbearable (38-41 C) so people get out of the houses to come chill in air conditioned malls.

Had pizza and fish and chips for lunch. Didn’t feel well afterward. Bloated. I suspect it’s the pizza and fry batter. I should lay off on wheat for a while to see if it’s the culprit.
