Everyday, clear out things that take up space in your life in negative ways.

Books you won’t read. Worn-out shoes that hurt your feet. Junk foods that impede your fitness goal. Clothes you don’t see yourself wearing again. Activities that you don’t enjoy. Rude people who annoy you. Crappy thoughts that keep you from being happy.

Your time is limited. Make room for the positives.
