Friendliness of lifts

Not all lifts are created equal for each person. The level of how agreeable of each movement depends on your build and flexibility.

Lifts that have bothered me physically the most, even with good form:
– Squat (knees, Achilles tendons)
– Overhead press (shoulders)
– Barbell curl (wrists)
– Bench press (shoulders)
– Front squat (wrists)

Sometimes cause trouble, need strictly good form:
– Deadlift
– Rack pull

Least bothersome. No trouble unless I really use stupid form:
– Barbell row
– Pull up
– Barbell shrug
– Close grip bench
