Another holiday. Trained bench today. Managed a new 3rm in a hot gym.
Since about three weeks ago, I have not been taking creatine. I want to see how much of an impact being without it has on my performance. The creatine monohydrate is a sport supplement that seems to be widely accepted for its effectiveness in giving you extra boost in energy. I just want to experiment with myself. Nothing is right for everyone. No matter what the papers say, if it doesn’t work for you, it’s useless.
It’s also so hot these days that it is really difficult to train intensely enough to warrant creatine use.
