It was a blackout at work this morning. Three hours without air conditioning wasn’t pleasant. We held meetings outside in the hallway. The weather wasn’t conductive to working. Electricity is a necessity in life.

Today’s training in the evening was focused on bench. One lift. Two work sets. Focused. Got a difficult PB. One set of pull-up to end it. Done. Out of the gym. It’s an efficient way to train. May take longer to achieve results. But this way I won’t beat myself down too much and burn out.

Workout – Wednesday 11th May 2016

** Flat Barbell Bench Press **
– 50.0 kgs x 10 reps
– 55.0 kgs x 10 reps
– 60.0 kgs x 8 reps
– 70.0 kgs x 14 reps [PR]
– 75.0 kgs x 8 reps

** Pull Up **
– 8 reps
