Chest, back, shoulders. That’s the rotation right now. Avoiding leg work. Actually Romanian deadlift should be ok as it doesn’t stretch the tendons too much. But I just don’t feel like doing legs at the moment. Haha. Upper body all day everyday.
Today’s bench day. 90 kg for a new 6RM. It was touch and go, so there’s room to improve. Mathematically this equates about 104 1RM, which would break my current PB. I’m pretty happy with this set. It indicates progress.
In the evening we went to eat Hot Star fried chicken at the mall. It was okay. Still prefer KFC though; it’s tastier and cheaper.
