Testing squat this evening after a long layoff. No ankle problem but the right knee had some discomfort, even at light weight. At my age, the knees aren’t in their best shape. It might mean that I won’t be able to progress much further on the squat. A bummer but not a big deal. There are other lifts to concentrate on and get good at. The squat movement itself is beneficial I think. Just need to avoid heavy weight for now until the knees feel better. Gonna take it day by day.

Did RDL, push-ups, and pull-ups. It was a good workout in the little time I had.
