Bench day. Was determined to go heavy this morning. Gotta test yourself sometimes to see what you are at. Took a caffeine pill to help wake up a bit. Tested and improved 1rm. Wasn’t the best form. Strained my back slightly. That’s what a max effort is usually like: not pretty. But that’s something to work on.
This whole weekend was spent at home, due to construction. Didn’t matter. Got training done.
