Effort is what counts
Had a meeting just in time before there was a blackout. There was an accident in the area. A truck hit a power line pole by accident.
Has a small lunch and felt very hungry.
Got home and trained on an almost empty stomach. Squat time. The weights aren’t as heavy as they used to be. But I do what I can at the moment.
The numbers aren’t important. It’s the personal journey within. The effort is what really counts. If the 60 kg feels as heavy as tge 100 kg you used to lift, then the 60 kg attempt is as good as the 100 before.
Dinner at home. Beef sauce spaghetti.
