Not enough rest

Two lifts today. OHP and barbell shrug. No PB. Felt sleepy and low in energy. I need more sleep and more food. ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜ด

You’re not going to progress much if you don’t take care of your recovery and nutrition, even you train everyday. You need to be disciplined to get to where you want to go.

– 40.0 kgs x 10 reps
– 45.0 kgs x 5 reps
– 47.5 kgs x 6 reps
– 47.5 kgs x 6 reps

** Barbell Shrug **
– 40.0 kgs x 15 reps
– 60.0 kgs x 15 reps
– 80.0 kgs x 15 reps
– 100.0 kgs x 6 reps
– 122.5 kgs x 6 reps [Straps]
– 122.5 kgs x 7 reps [Straps]
– 100.0 kgs x 10 reps [Straps]
