Shortest workout ever

Today is one of those days that there was so much work you couldn’t get away from. Had to stay at the office till late. But good work got done, so all is well.

Got home late. Made dinner. Didn’t have much energy. So I just put in a quick close grip bench session that was over before I knew it. I decided rest is more important on a day like this.

Workout – Thursday 2nd June 2016

** Close Grip Barbell Bench Press **
– 30.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 40.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 50.0 kgs x 10 reps
