Right wrist had slight pain today when benching. So I chose to rest. Will have the next three days away from the gym. Flying to Surat Thani to attend a wedding of my colleagues.

Workout – Tuesday 7th June 2016

** Pull Up **
– 8 reps
– 8 reps
– 8 reps

** Flat Barbell Bench Press **
– 40.0 kgs x 8 reps
