My personal goal is simple: get bigger and stronger.

Currently been on a prolonged rest. Haven’t trained properly in almost 10 days. Illness, travel, funeral, wedding, work. All that.

Getting restless. Not feeling good. Goal not being worked toward.

Nothing I can do to make this bad feeling go away except to actually go train. Need to get my skinny self back in the gym.
