Eight reps

It’s a week full of traveling. Meetings and such. Flooding on the streets this morning, causing massive traffic congestion. Total time spent on the road today: 4:30 hr. Such is life in city.

Got some time to train. Light squat and deadlift in the evening. Those are always fun. For squat it’s 8 rep day today.  Not too heavy and just the right amount of volume without form breaking down. Haven’t done deadlift in like a month. Building back up. Focusing on the good form for now.

Time in the gym is time to get better. Will have to travel again soon even though I don’t want to. Sucks that I will miss training. Have to make each session count.

** Barbell Squat **
– 30.0 kgs x 8 reps
– 50.0 kgs x 8 reps
– 60.0 kgs x 8 reps
– 70.0 kgs x 8 reps
– 80.0 kgs x 8 reps

** Deadlift **
– 60.0 kgs x 5 reps
– 80.0 kgs x 5 reps
– 100.0 kgs x 4 reps
