Belief and barriers

A man broke a 4-minute mile. Then others followed the feat.

Someone went under 2:04 in a marathon and a few years later another broke 2:03 barrier.

A guy deadlifted 500 kg and didn’t die. Other guys now see the weights differently from before.

These accomplishments move the human race forward. They make people believe more in themselves. It move the “impossible” a little bit further.

Records are meant to be broken. Before one could move forward, one must have the courage and self belief. A barrier is sometimes just a mind’s construct.
