Back bummer

The first of five day holiday. Didn’t start well. Hurt the lower back during warm-up, out of nowhere. Happened on the very first rep, after taking a caffeine pill, all set for a good session, with 40 kg barbell row. one pull and that was it. Have to be careful with this old body.

Did a couple sets of pull-ups. Pretty much all that could be done today.

Sometimes life doesn’t go the way you want it to go. That’s just the way it is.

Bought new shoes. Croc slippers to deal with the rain season. It’s something of a necessity. Soggy shoes and socks suck so bad.
