Feeling a bit better. Can do some light bench. Avoiding back exercises.

These days the weights aren’t as heavy as they used to be. Still it feels good to lift. The numbers don’t matter.

** Flat Barbell Bench Press **
– 40.0 kgs x 15 reps
– 50.0 kgs x 15 reps
– 55.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 55.0 kgs x 13 reps

** Reverse Grip Bench Press **
– 55.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 55.0 kgs x 12 reps
– 55.0 kgs x 12 reps
