Hungry for progress
My back is less hurt but my knee is bum. Such is life. So I rowed and didn’t squat this time. I do what I can, and ignore what I can’t. Keeping it conservative. 12-rep sets.
Things happen. A wise man doesn’t get upset, and just plays the dealt hand.
Been feeling like stuck at a plateau lately. Pains here and there keep getting in the way. Need to get some quality PB’s. Without progress, there would be no point.
