Time management

Meeting in a hotel. A full day of sitting and listening to lectures, and eating sugary coffee-break snacks. Not a day well spent. I don’t think it was very cost- or time- effective. Got very little out of it.

Many things to catch up. Little time to train. Not enough hours in a day it seems. One must set priorities and avoid trying to do everything. It’s better to get something done well, than to leave a bunch of things half finished and poorly done.

At home, I lifted for a very short time, then I had to get some work done on the computer. The lower back is still not 100% so I can’t do much anyway. Pull-up and bench are the best movements for now.
