Weight loss

Just lifting. Nothing fancy. Exactly what I need. A couple days of rest before a busy week.

Weight has come down a bit. I would like to be big and strong, not skinny but it’s hard to gain weight. I just eat till I feel full and don’t like to go beyond that. Drinking milk seems to be the easiest way to go.

– 47.5 kgs x 8 reps

** Chin Up **
– 6 reps

** Barbell Front Squat **
– 40.0 kgs x 8 reps
– 50.0 kgs x 8 reps
– 60.0 kgs x 5 reps
