Still sick. Just a cold though. Trained a bit today. No heavy weights. High reps.

Nan’s car got rear-ended last night. We carpool in the morning right now.

** Flat Barbell Bench Press **

– 32.5 kgs x 20 reps

– 42.5 kgs x 20 reps [PR]

– 52.5 kgs x 17 reps [PR]

– 62.5 kgs x 10 reps
