Limitations

Important meeting today. We aren’t near where we want to be yet. Just a milestone, but a crucial one. Little by little, together we will go far, with commitment and positivity. I’m happy to be part of the team.

I know very little compared to the others, but I believe I can contribute in some important way. I believe in teamwork. Everyone can be a positive addition to the team if the determination is there.

Training in the evening. Still didn’t like how my knees felt during squat. Turned to something else. Got a couple sumo deadlift PBs. Hadn’t pulled sumo in four months before today. I’m just not very good at it but I need to put in the work to get better. There is a lot if run for improvement.

Can’t force life to be the way you want it be. You cannot squat 140 kg if the knees say no. You need to accept your limitations and focus on your strengths.

** Sumo Deadlift **
– 60.0 kgs x 8 reps
– 90.0 kgs x 10 reps [PR]
– 100.0 kgs x 4 reps
– 120.0 kgs x 3 reps [PR]
