Tested my (projected) maxes today. I fell short of my 300 wilkes score. But I gave my best with my current physical ability. Failure is part of the process. Falling short is better than not trying. A defeat is a progress.

Squat: 122.5 kg x 2

Bench: 95 kg x 4

Deadlift: 135 kg x 2

Projected total: 126 + 103.5 + 138.5 = 368 kg

Bodyweight: 70.7 kg

Wilkes score: 273
