Long day at work. Complicated issues to work out. Dealing with people is headache inducing.

 Went to a funeral of a colleague who passed away due to an accident at home. Life is unpredictable. 

The roads were wet and congested due to rain. Got home late. Eating dinner late. 

Short session in the gym. Got a 10-rep PB. Overhead press. Pushed all the stress away. Up into the sky.
